Design
As an Art Director at Spans Agency I successfully directed over 100 creative projects, several of which have garnered an estimated 2.5 million viewers. Developed creative concepts and proposals for tenders that were won 90% of the time.
Worked on our in-house projects together with SEO and project managers. At the same time, work was successfully carried out on 4 in-house projects - large products and platforms such as Glamport and Crossball.
Team management
Directed 3 design teams (13 people overall) and built communication between designers, developers, management team, and clients. I distributed work in teams taking into account the designers’ wishes for growth in priority areas and workload.
Together with HR manager, we set a performance assessment system and a grade ladder for designers, that helped to make their career path more transparent. We also drew up individual development plans for senior designers.
I developed, described, and implemented a clear project management system for designers, and timings on projects were adjusted together with the management team - as a result, the designs became cooler and functional proposals more thoughtful.
Conducted workshops and reviews to develop the team's creativity and ensure the highest quality in design, UX, UI, and client services.
Highlights: Our designs became better and cleaner, we won major projects from big market players, we began to communicate more often and improved the atmosphere in the team, we came to transparency in processes, distributed responsibility coolly and accompanied it with bonuses, we began to study a lot and hold discussions.

I enjoy bringing my unique vision and creativity to life through creative interactive projects that allow me to tell funny, mysterious, interesting stories and connect brands with people using unique ways of communication.

Highlights: I was leading the process on lots of creative tenders, and we won 90% of them! I was also responsible for scaling creativity in the team and did a bunch of workshops about creative and design thinking, typography, composition, storytelling, etc.
